This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which OptiFlow Tools LLC will issue refunds for subscription payments. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

Overview

OptiFlow Tools operates on a subscription model. All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we offer limited refunds in specific circumstances described below. We are committed to fair billing and will work with you to resolve any legitimate billing issues promptly.

Eligible for Refund

You were charged for a subscription renewal and request a refund within 7 days of the charge

You experienced a documented technical failure that prevented you from accessing the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours

You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part

You are a new subscriber and request a refund within 14 days of your first payment

Not Eligible for Refund

Refund requests made after 14 days of the initial payment (for new subscribers)

Refund requests made after 7 days of a renewal charge

Requests based on not using the service — subscriptions are charged regardless of usage

Partial month or partial year refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

Refunds for add-on modules or one-time purchases after delivery

Refunds for custom enterprise builds after work has commenced

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing support team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge you are disputing
  • The amount charged
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under "Subscription Management." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving all legitimate billing issues quickly and fairly.

No Income Guarantee

OptiFlow Tools provides automation infrastructure and business tools. The platform does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, income levels, or business results. Results depend entirely on user execution, market conditions, and individual business decisions. No income guarantees are expressed or implied by OptiFlow Tools LLC, its products, marketing materials, or representatives.

Refund requests based solely on not achieving expected financial results are not eligible under this policy. Please review the eligible refund conditions above before submitting a request.
